Friendly service, great subs, fair prices. Update 5/13/2026: It's been five years since I last went to Frank's -- since I retired I no longer travel I-81 much or pass by Fairfield, but I did today and am very happy I did. The steak and cheese sandwich is worth the visit, you'll not find one as good within 200 miles. The service is tops, the staff members are courteous and friendly. The place is not that far off I-81 and well worth the slight detour.
